Most of our creations are made by hand because it delivers a feel and finish you won’t experience with mass produced items. However, to make sure everything fits together and works just right, we work our computers hard to generate digital 3D models which we use to pre-visualise what we are going to make, build test prototypes and 3D prints in plastic and metal. We get the precision and accuracy we want, well before thinking about assembly so everything fits welds together perfectly, which greatly reduces the time wasted in the workshop. Along with a lot of creativity, this is one of the ways we produce highly crafted products at a decent price.
